We survived the Great Maryland Earthquake this morning (3.6 magnitude). Around 5 a.m. we were shaken awake by something that caused the windows to rattle followed by a subtle roar and a vibration lasting for several moments. Tracey immediately mentioned earthquake, but I assured her that it was probably a low-flying jet. I'm going to start listening to her more closely!
No snickers from the West Coasters! :) This little quake was the biggest one ever recorded here in the D.C. area!
